Shipping Policy
Orders for in-stock items usually ship within 2-3 business days, Monday thru Friday. Orders placed on holidays or weekends will begin processing the next business day. All stock orders ship from our warehouse in Toronto. ON. You will be notified of any out of stock items and its expected receipt date via e-mail. All orders will be shipped via UPS to American Addresses and via Canada Post for Canadian Addresses.
Canadian Shipping Rates
All shipments within Canada will be shipped via Canada Post.

Backorder Policy
If you have backordered items in your cart at checkout, your complete order will not be shipped to you until the backordered item(s) are in stock and available to ship.
Shipping Address Options
Packages can be sent to the same address as your billing address or to another address for Canadian destination orders. Either option may be selected during the checkout process.
Incorrect Address
If an order is not able to be delivered due to an error in inputting the shipping address - the cost of relocating and reshipping the garments is the sole responsibility of the customer. Any lost garments associated with incorrect address input will not be reimbursed.
Redirecting an Order
Please make sure your shipping address is correct as we can’t redirect orders once items have been dispatched.

Shipping Policy
Most in-stock orders placed before 2 PM Eastern Time ship within 2 to 3 days, Monday thru Friday, depending on stock availability. Orders placed on holidays or weekends will begin processing the next business day. All stock orders ship from our warehouse in Toronto, ON. You will be notified via e-mail of any out of stock items and its expected receipt date. We gladly offer other shipping options at your request, including sending items on your account.
Shipping Rates
All shipping costs are the recipient’s sole responsibility. Shipping charges are based on the weight of items being shipped and the terminal address. Freight estimates are provided online at the 'Billing and Shipping' page of our checkout process. The final freight charge may change if there are any post hoc changes to order quantities and/or changes to the delivery address. If you need any assistance in procuiring a freight estimate, please contact a Customer Service Representatives at 1.800 668 6443.
Backorder Policy
If you have backordered items in your cart at checkout, you will be notified by one of our Customer Service Representatives and be given an option to ship all items complete (this may be cheaper but may also take longer) or ship items when they are available to ship (this may be faster but may also be more expensive). When you select to ship items as they are available, JERICO will ship all in-stock items immediately. Your backorder will not be shipped to you until all other items are available to ship. The cost of shipping backordered items is the sole responsibility of the recepient.

International Shipping
At the moment, we do not routinely offer shipping outside North America. Please contact a Customer Service Representative Manager if you would like to have an order shipped to an international address. International orders require additional processing time due to documentation requirements. Any applicable duties and taxes incurred are the responsibility of the recipient and are paid to the agency involved according to that agency’s stipulation.
