Private Label
We can sew private labels into any of the garments we produce. This includes all items viewable in our ‘Product List’ and in our ‘Custom Section’. We request that you supply us with your labels with complete care and content information including a CA# and an RN# (if exporting to the US). Moreover, we require the labels to be constructed with a 3/8” bleed so your logo doesn’t get cut off in production. If using our manufacturer credentials, our CA# is 07626 and our RN# is 91227.

Custom Colours
If you fancy your very own custom colour, then Jerico can reproduce the exact hue of your desire. All we need is a fabric swatch or a Pantone™ colour. The cost for a lab dip to ensure an accurate colour reproduction is $120. When ordering a custom colour we require you to order in full dyelots and consume everything that is produced from the fabric. The minimum dye lot is 200kg. This represents approximately 1200 T-Shirts in size Medium and 450 sweatshirts in size Medium.
Turnaround Time and Payment
We measure our turnaround time in days and weeks, not months. You will typically receive your complete order 4-6 weeks after providing a purchase order. For larger orders, production can take up to 12 weeks. To begin production we require a 50% deposit and the remaining 50% is due on delivery.
Minimum Order Size
When placing a custom, private label order, if the style is drawing from an in-stock fabric and colour, the minimum will be 120 units per style, per colour. The lowest minimums in the industry.
Printing and Decoration
Jerico only provides blank garments, but we do have a network of screenprinters and embroidery specialists that can assist in decorating your garment to your exact specifications. After producing your collection, we can ship the garments to you or any garment decorator you chose. Please contact us for the contact details of a preferred decorator.
