Wholesale FAQ

General

Wholesale accounts are available to verified businesses, including screen printers, embroiderers, promotional companies, retailers, and others in the apparel and customization industry. A valid business number and applicable tax ID (HST for Canadian companies or Federal Tax ID for U.S. businesses) is required.

If you’d like to become a Jerico wholesale partner, please complete our Wholesale Application Form

You’ll need to provide:

  • Your business name and contact information
  • Your resale number or business registration (if applicable)
  • A brief description of your business and how you plan to use or resell our products

Once we review your application, our team will reach out with next steps and account setup details.

Shipping

We primarily ship within Canada and the United States, but we can accommodate some international orders.

If you’re outside Canada or the U.S., email us at customerservice@jerico.ca and we’ll guide you through the process and
provide shipping options.

Stock Order Turnaround (average timelines)
In stock: ships in 2–3 business days
In production: ready in 2–10 business days
Sold out: restock in 1-2 weeks


Made-to-Order & Custom Styles

Minimum order: 24 units per style/colour
Deposit: 50% upfront
Smaller runs or sample orders may be subject to a surcharge

Custom order lead times vary — please contact us for an exact estimate.

Returns & Refunds

All claims for shortages, damages, etc. must be made within 72 hours of receipt of merchandise. There will be no cash refunds. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking charge. All returns must be authorized by JERICO. E-mail customerservice@jerico.ca in request of an RA number.

Defective merchandise must have tape beside the flaw.

Absolutely no returns on printed, washed, decorated or embroidered merchandise. Please inspect merchandise before printing.

All returns will be issued in form of account credit.

For bulk orders or custom projects, please reach out to our sales team at customerservice@jerico.ca. Include as many details as possible — style numbers, colours, quantities, and any customization requests — and we’ll get back to you with options, timelines, and pricing.

For wholesale customers:

  • Stock styles: no minimum order
  • Custom or made-to-order styles: minimum of 24 units per style/colour

Smaller custom runs or sample orders may be subject to a surcharge.
